We use a company to clean our exterior windows, please contact us for a quote. Minimum spend £30

Yes we do, single ovens are £60, double ovens £80-£110

In order to have a reliable cleaner and happy cleaning team we need to offer them reliable hours therefor we aim to not cancel their work.

If something is happening in the office that would mean cleaning is not possible, then a retainer of 50% of your clean will be required if we can not come to an arrangement to do some other cleaning work for you on that day.

Some of our office have dogs that come to work with them and we have no problem cleaning an office that may have animals in it.

 

We aim to give you the same cleaner(s), at times when illness or A/L  needs to be covered then you would have a different member of our team. We would let you know this before this happens.

Yes we have public liability and employer liability insurance

We ask for 3 months notice should you wish to cancel your cleaning service.

Of course we aim for this to never happen but accidents can happen even to the best of us, if something is broken we would do our best to replace it (if something is broken and it is not the solely the fault of our team then we will not be liable for the replacement, please call/email if you wish to discuss this in more detail, an excess of £300 will be payable by you the customer should your own insurance not over the damage)

We can clean Monday-Friday at any time. we can clean before you open, whilst you are open or after you close.

We can offer a contract where we supply you with the cleaning products and equipment or a contract where you supply your own products.  If you are to supply our own products we would require the Safety Date Sheets for all of the products to be supplied by yourselves before our team can use them.
In our meeting we can discuss your cleaning needs and we find we clean almost everything we are asked to do, washing up and taking bins out is never a problem, we can not climb up high or clean any areas considered dangerous.
Yes we have many sets of keys and set alarms at most of our commercial premises. We can arrange a meeting to be shown how to do this.We do not put your code or location on the keys. We can also put you in touch with some existing customers if you which to speak to them about our performance and care at their premises.
We have two options for our contracted regular commercial cleans, you can pay by standing order on the week of your clean and you would receive a monthly invoice reading paid,and a discount for this is often offered, or you can pay 15 days after the end of the month, example October’s cleaning would be paid by Nov 15th.
Your first clean would be payable on the completion of the clean and a deposit would be required if we are doing a clean for you for the first time. 
 
End of tenancy’s and one off cleans are paid on completion with a deposit 
 
required to secure the booking before the work starts.
 
if you are to cancel your clean with less that 48 hours notice, the deposit is non refundable. 
We aim to make your workload lighter therefore a short meeting to discuss your requirements would be needed. Then we can discuss what may be needed,if anything,from you before we start.

We started in the Domestic cleaning market in 2009 and grew to over 100 domestic customers in the first 2 years but VBC have now become a commercial cleaning company.

Deep cleans of domestic properties are still available minimum spend £80 plus VAT.
